Tim Connors, Senior Counsel, The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company
Tim Connors is an attorney at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where he works on IT contracting and other IT and privacy issues as Senior Counsel in the Law Department’s Intellectual Property group.
Before joining Goodyear, Tim spent 15 years as an IT and Intellectual Property attorney at Calfee Halter & Griswold in Cleveland, initially as an associate and later as a partner. He began his legal career at Squire Sanders & Dempsey in Cleveland, now known as Squire Patton Boggs.
Tim has been an active participant in NEOCC since its formation, and also serves as corporation secretary.
Jon Densmore, Chief Information Security Officer, First Mutual Holding Company
Jon Densmore is Chief Information Security Officer for First Mutual Holding Company (FMHC), a holding company for mutual banks in Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, and Virginia. He also serves as the Information Security Officer for First Federal Lakewood (FFL) bank in Lakewood, Ohio.
Jon leads the team which is responsible for information security and business continuity functions for all FMHC affiliate banks, working closely with each institution’s management team to ensure that security standards and compliance requirements are met. He has been with FMHC/FFL since 2005. Prior to joining FMHC/FFL, Jon worked as a network engineer at Charter One Bank.
Jon is married with 3 grown sons. He and his wife recently returned to live in Northeast Ohio.
Bryan McDowell, Vice President and Chief Security Officer, University Hospitals
Bryan McDowell is Vice President, Chief Security Officer at University Hospitals in Cleveland, Ohio.
McDowell joined University Hospitals in February 2014, leading UH programs for Cyber Security, Physical Security, Corporate Business Systems, IT Operations, and Legacy Data Management. He was previously Associate Information Security Officer at Stanford Heath Care in Palo Alto, California.
McDowell holds a Bachelors and Masters of Science in Information Science as well as Masters of Public and International Affairs with a Security and Intelligence Studies concentration degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
Kevin Mooney, Senior Director of Enterprise Data Governance, Cleveland Clinic
Kevin is Senior Director of the Enterprise Data Governance Office at the Cleveland Clinic. He is responsible for developing the strategic and cultural framework related to managing high quality reliable data, in compliance with law and regulation, in order to meet data-reliant goals at the Cleveland Clinic’s critical points of need. An attorney, he worked in Cleveland Clinic’s Legal Office from 2005 through 2017, where he was the Lead IT Commercial Counsel and Chair of its IT Practice Group. In those roles, he was heavily engaged in the strategy and implementation of Cleveland Clinic’s technology, analytics, telemedicine, EMR, cloud, digital health, privacy, cybersecurity, intellectual property and strategic alliance initiatives.
Kevin is also one of the founders of the Northeast Ohio CyberConsortium, and also serves as co-chair of the governance committee. Prior to joining Cleveland Clinic, Kevin served as in-house counsel at several other organizations, specializing in technology, intellectual property and commercial law.
Jamie Neumaier, Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer, Erie Insurance
Jamie Neumaier is serves as VP & Corporate Information Security Officer and leads Erie Insurance’s information security program including its cybersecurity operations and the company’s information security policies, governance and architecture.
He joined Erie Insurance in 2004 as a lead information security analyst, was promoted to security architect in 2009 and has held various leadership roles in information security since 2010. Before joining Erie Insurance, Mr. Neumaier worked at GE Transportation where he led information security initiatives.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and a Master of Business Administration degree from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College. He is also a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) through the International Information System Security Certification Consortium.
Ed Pollock, Chief Information Security Officer, STERIS plc
Ed Pollock is the Chief Information Security Officer for STERIS plc, a $4.6B global leader providing infection prevention and procedural products and services. At STERIS, he built and oversees the worldwide cybersecurity strategy and operations.
Ed has over 27 years of experience in IT, covering program management, software development, operations, including 17 years’ experience in cybersecurity. He is a member and former chair of Bitsight Technologies’ Customer Advisory Board; an Advisory Board Member for the State of Ohio’s CyberOhio initiative; and a member of a local hospital’s Cyber Security Committee.
He has presented at various security conferences, including MITSI InfoSec World. His security certifications include the CISSP-ISSMP and the CISM. Prior to working at STERIS, Ed served as an officer in the US Air Force where he worked at the Standard Systems Center and the Air Force Institute of Technology. He holds CISSP and CISM certifications.
Jenn Zacharias, SVP and Director, Cyber Defense Center, KeyBank
Jenn Zacharias is Senior Vice President and Director of the Cyber Defense Center at KeyBank, overseeing the Security Operations Center, Cyber Threat Emulation & Detection, Data Loss Prevention, Cyber Threat Management and Incident Response. She has more than 20 years of experience in cyber and technology leadership roles, including Vulnerability Management, Technology Incident Recovery and the Windows server team.
Jenn is actively involved in various internal and external programs to help women succeed in technology and leadership and has a passion for sharing STEM with young adults in the community. She is a volunteer mentor for student programs in the Cleveland area and is a mentor to many at KeyBank.
Jenn holds a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising from Kent State University. Prior to joining Key, she had a successful career in retail, including costuming in Hollywood, CA, and various retail management positions.
